3. How do I know if my order qualifies for the free items?

If your order reaches a spending tier, the free items will shipped with your order automatically, whether you know about the sale or not.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location. This also depends on the items. Many of our clothing is not available in European countries.

5. How long does shipping take?

USA Orders: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days
Some custom or handmade items may take longer; estimated shipping times are shown on the product page.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at SunsetChess@gmail.com to start a return.

Yes! Many of our items, especially jewelry, chess sets, trading cards, are handmade or custom-designed by us.
