What is your return Policy?
- We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. All returned items must be sent back in the original condition it was in. Due to our commitment to delivering the best experience to our customers, we are unable to accept returns of chess sets that show signs of significant wear or damage. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- If you prefer to exchange your goods or return them by mail, a $8 flat-rate fee per return package will be taken from your refund.
When will my package arrive?
- We ship all our orders with usps, fedex and ups.
- Standard shipments are shipped within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3-8 business days depending on your shipping options.
What if my package is lost?
- Please take another look at your tracking information to make sure there wasn't a delay before reaching out to us @sunsetchess@gmail.com. Please also check with your neighbors to see if they may have accidentally received your package. If all is done an the order still has not arrived, then contact us and we will fix it for you.

Why are your chess sets only made one of one?
- If you did not know, all of my chess sets are usually one of ones. Meaning, once sold it will be set to zero stock, and then later deleted. But that does not mean there is only one of that chess board in the world, it just means I only carry one in stock. (Though a lot of these chess are one of one)
- By having one of one chess sets, it allows us to have a greater selection available. And here at Sunset chess, we strive to have a vast variety of all kinds of chess sets.
